I HAVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE TO ANYONE.

GRACE PERIOD:
15 MINUTE GRACE PERIOD. AFTER 15 MINUTES, YOU WILL BE CHARGED A $10 LATE FEE OR YOUR APPOINTMENT WILL BE CANCELED.

DEPOSITS:
  • HAIR SERVICE: $15 REQUIRED TO BOOK
  • PRESS-ON NAIL SET: $5 REQUIRED TO BOOK


RESCHEDULING:
IF YOU NEED TO RE-SCHEDULE, PLEASE NOTIFY ME 24 HOURS PRIOR TO YOUR APPOINTMENT TIME FOR A (ONE-TIME) TRANSFERABLE DEPOSIT (IF APPLICABLE). OTHERWISE, YOUR DEPOSIT WILL BE FORFEITED.

CANCELLATIONS:
CANCELLATIONS MUST HAPPEN WITHIN 12 HOURS (OR BEFORE I START WORKING ON PRESS-ON NAILS). AFTER THAT, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS.

NO SHOW POLICY:
NO CALL / NO SHOW — YOU WILL BE BLOCKED FROM BOOKING.

COMMUNICATION:
I UNDERSTAND EMERGENCIES HAPPEN. PLEASE COMMUNICATE IF YOU ARE RUNNING BEHIND OR HAVE AN ISSUE. I AM VERY ACCOMMODATING.

 NAIL EXPECTATIONS

  • COMMUNICATE HOW YOU WANT YOUR SET FROM THE BEGINNING. MINOR CHANGES CAN BE MADE AFTER I START WORKING.
  • FOREIGN NAIL SETS (NOT DONE BY ME) MUST BE REMOVED ($15 FEE) BEFORE STARTING A NEW SET. LAST-MINUTE REMOVAL AT APPOINTMENT TIME = $25 FEE.
  • NO EXTRA GUESTS WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL. KIDS/BABIES WELCOME — YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE.
  • PRESS-ON NAILS: USE COIN METHOD FOR SIZING OR REQUEST A $3 SIZING KIT TO BE MAILED TO YOU.
  • IF THE COMPLETED NAIL SET DOES NOT MEET EXPECTATIONS, NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN. YOU MAY RECEIVE FREE REMOVAL OR 50% OFF A NAIL SET.
  • DEPOSIT COST GOES TOWARD THE FULL PRICE OF THE SET.
 

 WEDDING HAIR / BRAIDS

  • PROVIDE DETAILED PICTURES (BACK & SIDES) AND DESCRIPTION OF DESIRED RESULT DURING CONSULTATION.
  • COMMUNICATE IF YOU WANT A WEDDING HAIR TRIAL.
  • CONTRACT MUST BE SIGNED AND DEPOSIT PAID TO SECURE DATE & TIME. TRAVEL FEES MAY APPLY BASED ON DISTANCE.
  • HAIR EXTENSIONS ARE NOT PROVIDED. CLIENT MUST BRING THEIR OWN. INSTALLATION FEE APPLIES.
